The third portion of this program is and enjoyable 20 minute exercise routine utilizing elastic bands and exercise balls. At the end of the workout viewers will go through a soothing cool-down.

I loved the idea of my husband participating with me in the video. Once he tried it, he really was excited about exercising with me and sharing in the moment. I am not a person who has ever done well sticking with exercise, especially to a DVD. I have found that using this program regularly is easier than I have ever found possible with other videos. It is not learning any complicated moves. It is simple exercise that gives you a workout, but doesn't wear you out. It is enough of a challenge, but not overwhelming like a lot of the other videos I have tried. I actually look forward to doing this exercise program.
In regards to the meditation part of the DVD, I don't do it every time I workout. I have never really been active at meditation but this part of the video is also easy for someone who has never done any sort of meditation. Really it's relaxing and breathing with your partner. It really brings you some quiet close together time as a family. My husband loves to put his hands on my belly and do the relaxation. Before we got this video, he was not into doing any of the other CD meditations or any other exercise program. I would highly suggest it for any couple.
