Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Q: How quickly are orders shipped out? A: All website orders are shipped out no later than the following business day. All phone orders received prior to 1:00 PM Central Time will be shipped out the same day. Q: How quickly will each shipping option be delivered? A: Standard Shipping is sent via Priority Mail from the USPS and should reach you in 2-3 days within the US. International Standard Shipping is sent via Global Priority Mail and should reach you in 4-6 days. Neither of these are guaranteed by the USPS, but it is rare for orders to take longer. 1-2 Day Express (US Only) is sent via the USPS and is guaranteed to reach you in 1-2 days, depending on your distance from MN. Federal Express (US Only) is sent via their Standard Overnight service and will reach you the following business day by 3:30 PM following shipping.
