Anji Inc. offers the following Shipping Policy:

All website orders are shipped no later than the following business day

All telephone orders placed before 10:00 AM Central Time will be shipped out the same day

Standard Shipping
Within the US: orders are sent via Priority Mail from the USPS which will arrive within 2-3 days
International: orders are sent via Global Priority Mail from the USPS which will reach you in 4-6 days.  Customer is responsible for any customs or duties charges.
While the post office will not guarantee these delievery time frames, it is very rare for them to be different

1-2 Day Express Shipping (US ONLY)
USPS guarantees delivery in 1-2 days depending on your distance from MN.  We do not offer express shipping for international orders, however if you need to place an International exress order, please contact us via phone or email. We will do our best to work with you to your satisfaction.

Federal Express (US ONLY)
Orders are sent via Fed Ex Standard Overnight service.  Your order will arrive by 3:30 pm the next business day following shipping.

Anji inc. offers the following Returns Policy:

Any CD that is unopened may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping

If you have purchased any pregnancy recordings and later miscarry, you may return all recordings (even the ones that have been opened) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping.
